"Being in the real estate industry, working with another Realtor to buy a house can sometimes be hard for both the buyer and the Realtor. In this case it was an awesome experience. We have been friends with Ian Macpherson for several years and when it came time to buy our dream home in Costa Rica there was no other person I would have wanted to work with.
