Born in the Philippines and raised in Canada, Maryflor brings an international background and strong business foundation to luxury real estate in Costa Rica. She relocated to the country in 2015 and now lives full time on the Pacific Coast, actively involved in the local real estate market.

With experience as a real estate investor and operator in the United States, Maryflor understands property from every angle, including short-term, mid-term and long-term rental models. Her perspective is shaped by firsthand involvement in acquisition, operations and long-term performance.

In addition to her work in real estate sales, she also owns and operates a property management and furnishing company focused on turnkey solutions for residential and vacation rental properties. This hands-on experience allows her to advise clients with a clear understanding of layout, functionality and post-purchase execution.

As a real estate consultant with Luxury Properties Costa Rica, Maryflor works with luxury residences and investment-driven opportunities along Costa Rica’s North Pacific coast. Her approach blends lifestyle vision with operational insight, helping clients move forward with confidence and clarity.
