Wendy Stoneham

Canadian originally from Saskatchewan, later building her career in Calgary. With an extensive background in retail, Wendy’s experience spans global brands including IKEA, The Walt Disney Company, and Saks Fifth Avenue, where she held the role of Divisional Vice President.

Following a successful corporate career, Wendy made the life-changing move to Guanacaste, Costa Rica, where she quickly developed a deep connection to the country and its people.

With over nine years of real estate experience in Guanacaste, Wendy’s expertise spans the region from Liberia to Playa Negra. Her deep local knowledge, combined with an international perspective, allows her to guide clients seamlessly through the buying and selling process.

Committed to excellence in real estate, Wendy earned her Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation, further strengthening her expertise in serving both local and international clients. She is an active member of CRGAR and currently serves as Chairman of Education, in addition to holding a position on the Board of Directors.
